It’s the reason we have rolled our numerous initiatives and programmes across the sector specifically designed to support residents living in social housing…from upskilling when it comes to employability or from befrienders programmes calling residents at home during the COVID pandemic.
And as the social housing landscape continues to change it is our belief that we have an opportunity to play a part in helping transform the sector…making it more compelling during the attraction of talent and more engaging as a working experience for the retention of talent.
Finding the right talent
We have worked with over eighty associations across the country.
From our specialist teams finding candidates across Development, Finance, IT, Asset Management and Compliance or from our RPO business delivering on its promise to find talent across all job families and taking an employer brand to market…we love the role that we play and the difference we have been able to make.
Our befrienders programme – ‘We’re free to chat’
We recognised that for many residents (the vulnerable and elderly) it was going to be a lonely time with little contact from others during COVID19.
Through our ‘We’re free to chat’ programme we called over 2600 residents across 9 Housing Associations.
Conversation helped.
A series of five on-line programmes designed at upskilling and supporting residents with their employability skills.
It was developed working and partnering with major housing associations including Peabody, Southern and Catalyst
