40 major honours
in the last 7 years.
(Including two Guinness World Records)

Our Awards

We have won 40 major honours in the last 7 years…more than any other business in our sector.

We win awards for 3 things…being brilliant at understanding that recruitment and how to source talent has changed, the way marketing creates employer brand and the way in which we treat our people.

And the uniqueness of our RPO business brings together these three passions with a primary objective to help. To help organisations modernise how they find and pipeline talent, the creation and evolution of their employer brand and guidance in modernising the workplace.

Today people have choice.

They want more from their working experience and will work for organisations where they are looked after, where their careers can flourish and in an environment that inspires.

Group 533

They want more from their working experience and will work for organisations where they are looked after, where their careers can flourish and in an environment that inspires.

Companies that understand this and understand where to find talent will be rewarded by hiring the very best…we love that this is what we do. The reason our RPO business exists…a unique blend of expertise with an offering no one else can match. Find, Inspire and Keep.

A move away from
the traditional methods

Group 533

A move away from the traditional methods of recruitment and attracting talent. This includes:

  • Talent mapping (of the various job families that exist within organisations).
  • Talent pooling (contacting, coding and storing candidate information).
  • Building a database of talent that becomes the ownership of businesses…pipelining of talent.
  • Installation of a candidate management system.

The design and management of recruitment process needed to support and complement how talent is mapped and pooled.

Creation of an external employer brand and creation of content (and a content plan) of all social media channels…LinkedIn, Glassdoor, Instagram, Twitter and YouTube.

What is Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO)?

Simply defined, RPO is where an organisation transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider.

Group 517

Simply defined, RPO is where an organisation transfers all or part of its recruitment processes to an external service provider.

It moves the responsibility of the acquisition and retention of talent away from the organisation to someone else.

Done well and with this responsibility comes the obligation of the external service provider to build an employer brand, increase the quality of person joining, offering line managers choice when hiring, reduce recruitment costs, improve staff retention levels for the ‘right’ people, bring consistency and simplicity to the hiring process, allows hiring managers more time to do a better job, brings sophistication to succession planning and brings your brand as an employer to life.

  • Employer Brand
  • What was once just a marketing buzzword is now an essential element of an organisation’s strategy. Using our In-house design and creative team we design and develop an employer brand that is a compelling proposition for potential future employees. We then take this brand to market across all the social media channels.
  • Diversity and Inclusion
  • Working within existing strategies or helping to develop them from scratch, we aim to pipeline diverse talent into your business. Not only do we want to manage, report on and positively impact diversity within the hiring process… we are also committed to supporting your business to achieve your internal diversity goals. Either through training your hiring Managers on unconscious bias (and most importantly reporting) or advising on sourcing techniques. Using the latest candidate tech we record and track diversity through the whole recruitment process from application through to onboarding.
  • Benchmarking
  • We believe the days of using online benchmarking tools has become old fashioned and nowhere near detailed enough. That’s why our research team speak to candidates to gather salary and benefits information first hand so you can benchmark relevant to your industry, competitors and location. Central to avoiding losing top talent and attracting to fresh new talent.
  • Pre - Employment Compliance
  • A word sure to switch a lot of people off but a piece of work that must be done to the highest standards. Put simply we can and would love to do all of it for you. Whatever compliance is necessary our own In-house team with a complete understanding of this technical area can advise and execute what you want.
  • Testing
  • Getting the right people with the right skills into your business is our main priority. We can create tailored testing environments / stages throughout the hiring process… and select the best testing partner or technology for you to ensure that the skills and proficiencies you need are found in the people you hire. These same test/evaluations can be extended to your existing business to identify areas of development.
  • Recruitment Process
  • Drawing on our experience, learnings and the exploitation of the latest technology: we work alongside your business to design an exciting, robust and engaging process ensuring much needed consistency and understanding of how to hire across the business. What else? It brings simplicity to the hiring process, crucially allows hiring managers more time to do their job, reduces your time to hire and increases productivity.
