Our client were seeking an RPO arrangement to support their business in a period of change / transformation. Due to this, there was a high-volume requirement for roles ranging from Technology positions through to Housing Development mandates.
Goodman Masson had an on-site Recruitment Manager who worked with them to address their requirements, including a few hard-to-fill vacancies. With set timescales and target profiles, it was essential we reflected the employer brand through developing their social media platforms to drive talent.
